June 26 - Creation

My five year-old loves to build things with Lego's.    When he gets a new Lego set we have to build it and then he loves to make his own creations and does a very good job for being five.    This was his latest creation and as he came out of the bedroom he said "Mom take a picture".   How could I not take a picture of this amazing "ship" that he had made.  

 

I am trying to make sure I spend enough time with him, not just being in the house, but listening to him, going for a walk, making him laugh and giving him plenty of hugs.    I read a statistic recently that the amount of time working parents actually spend with their children one-on-one is shockingly low.     This is one area I really need to improve on as a mother, but I thank God that he has brought it to my attention and I can remedy this with all my children!

I'm learning as I go and I hope that many others will enjoy my photography and learn with me!    I was inspired to pursue photography from capturing images of my children and family that people loved.    I have been taking pictures since I can remember.  I love photography and almost obsess about having beautiful pictures of my family and clients!    I feel that photography is so extremely expensive and I hope to be able to provide lasting memories for low costs.   Thank you for stopping by!
