I just looked at the date of my last post and I am getting really bad at keeping up with my blog...my apologies.

I went to Starved Rock for my birthday with my daughter and my friend and her daughter.   We had a wonderful time and walked non-stop.   I was exhausted at the end of the day and couldn't wait to get off my feet.   My daughter and I stopped at Cheesecake Factory for our favorite fried macaroni and cheese balls and a piece of cheesecake.   We have been talking about it for weeks on what we were going to order.  I happened to mention earlier in the day that it would stink if we were out and I immediately got a punch in the arm for jinxing us.  

Guess what...they were out of macaroni balls.    They did have cheesecake and it was delicious!

Back to Starved Rock, it is truly a beautiful place and so much to see and walk through.   Here are a couple of my favorite shots from the day that I have not already shared.
