Phases...I always wanted to do one of those cool shots that show the phases of something, the moon, train coming to you, balloon exploding, but I saw a cool shot today that made me think I have to try this. A local photographer shared a photo on www.capturemychicago.com of his grandson pitching and I thought...I can do that. When I took these photos here is what I did with them originally to show all the poses. I am sure parents really enjoy this, but for me it is nice, but not great.
Here was my phases attempt today. I have some practice to do, but at least I know with the friendly help of layers and some free time, this is very doable. I know next time I will capture a wider empty shot to capture all the poses from start to finish, now that will be something!

I'm learning as I go and I hope that many others will enjoy my photography and learn with me! I was inspired to pursue photography from capturing images of my children and family that people loved. I have been taking pictures since I can remember. I love photography and almost obsess about having beautiful pictures of my family and clients!
