Tonight my family experienced Lou Malnati's pizza for the first time ever.   I have been very lucky to have eaten this pizza in the past and what I remembered was the same tonight...the crust!

Even though I am trying to eat "Paleo" I had a small piece of crust and it was delicious as I had remembered.   My family liked it, but my husband loved it.   He is the pizza expert in the family and the hardest person in the world to please with pizza.    He is not picky, just very particular and seems to be right when he says his favorite line when he loves something "It's Off The Chain".    If you don't hear those words the meal, pizza, cake or anything isn't that great.

We have been married a few years, but my goal when I a make a new meal, recipe, etc is to hear "It's Off the Chain".
